The service was fast and efficient. Jentlemen who served us was extra helpful:brought extra towels and made us welcome. The extra bed cost us only £17.00. Locations is great, right in the city centre, so once we parked our car it was no need to drive at all. Also the good thing about the apartment was that my family and I had breackfast at our time, not restricted restourant time at hotels. Takeaways are just 5 min to walk, so some evenings iwe spent in watching DVD and having chinees. There is a pub called 'Blue Parrot', we spent evenings there with my husbands collegues, stylish great place to relax. Our teenage daughter 15y.o. absolutely loved everything about the accommodation and asking us to buy one for her when she will be at Uni.
Credit card change £3.65. Not much but it should be clearly said on the website.

Stocked, spotless room with amenities, everything was good. A microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator where a big plus.
It had not so great views.

It was useful having all the amenties included such as washing machine, dishwasher, pots and pans/ cutlery in the apartment. This is perfect for more than one nights stay. The decor was very stylish and modern, and the location ideal for shopping and going out in Manchester. It had a home-feeling that you do not always get with usual hotels

The value for the money was excellent -- nice new room, everything is in *nice* condition and the flat (I had the studio) was a very generous size.
Only complaints: internet service was pathetically slow and there is only a single lift, which is compoletely inadequate for a 10-storey building with something like 14 flats per floor. I spent way too much time at the elevator waiting.

Seperate living and bedroom, it was a like a small appartment with everything in it. Fully equiped kitchen, flat screen in bedroom en livingroom and dvd player. Very nice view over Piccadilly place/ crossing from room 909. French balcony. Perfect location, very close to shopping centre and bars.
Parking costs about 10 pound a night in parkinglot underneath hotelbuilding. Only 1 small and 1 large towel a person for 2 days and no cleaning during the stay. No coffeemilk. Found 1 big and 1 small black hair in bathroom above the sink and in the bath. One dirty towel (big hardened dark brown spot, don't want to know what it was) and fingerprinted bathroomdoor. Shower lost pressure when moving the showerhead up. It took about an hour before bathwater had gone away.

we stayed in the studio apartment which was very spacious, well equiped and comfortable
this is purely an apartment block not an apart hotel so it lacked facilities that we have experienced in other locations in Manchester. the location is a bit off centre from the main bar and restaurant areas

The room is very clean, and the location is excellent! It is very close to Piccadilly Train Station and the city center. And as it is on the 10th floor, it is very quite and easy to view the manchester city.
There is something wrong with the hot water. After I took a shower, there is no hot water any more for my boyfriend to have a shower, we wait about two hours, and finally my boyfriend have his shower in the next morning.

Couples looking for a retreat
I stayed in this cozy one-bedroom apartment where the bed was like sinking into a cloud, let me tell you. And a washing machine was a game-changer, no one likes lugging dirty clothes around, you know?
It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly, worth the price.

Top class quality furnishings and decoration; modern, light and airy. Parked in secure carpark below apartments and caught lift straight up to the apartment with our luggage. Check-in was quick & efficient. Everything immaculate and well presented. Warm and comfortable. Very well soundproofed between flats and outside. Very comfortable bed. Brilliant location - 5 minutes from Primark and main shops. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!! Staff were very helpful.
Put postcode into sat nav and had problems as wrong postcode is listed on website!! Pillows not very soft. No sugar in welcome pack. No grill pan in cooker. These were very small inconveniences and did not spoil our stay as it was overall a fantastic weekend!

The central location of the apartments, no time wasted on traveling to and from. The ability to cook your own food, saves some money not eating out.

The two-bedroom apartment was super spacious, and I loved the thoughtful extras like premium toiletries and fresh milk in the fridge. It was great to unwind in the cozy living area and the spotless environment. If I had to nitpick, the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, but it wasn't a deal-breaker at all. 😊
